Does anybody else think the bodyguard on the right kind of looks like Ronald Reagan?

This is the true first appearance of Mayor Robert Pratt, though we have seen him barking orders through a limousine window prior to this. We later learn how Pratt is able to get away with this kind of behavior and still hold office, but at this point, it plays into the plentiful and absurd humor of this page. The rapid-fire jokes and barbs being flung by Stu and Pratt are some of my favorite dialogue in the entire series. I think my sense of humor may have peaked with this page. I used up the rest of my good material here, which is why I am completely serious and without humor today.
